Shadows of snow.

Wire · 2026

Stefan Fransson's kinetic sculpture, 'Shadows of snow', presents a delicate interplay of form and light. Three distinct elements, suspended by fine wires, compose this ethereal work. One features an elegant, irregular wire frame, while another incorporates organic branches adorned with small, vibrant orange and dark geometric accents. The third echoes the wire frame, also featuring subtle colored details. As the components gently move, they cast dynamic, elongated shadows across the pristine white background, transforming the wall into an active canvas where solid forms and their fleeting reflections dance in harmony.
